As a rule, the standard package includes round-trip transfer from and to your accommodation (e.g., your hotel), the services of aт English and Russian speaking guide, and entrance tickets to the visited sites. Furthermore, the tour program includes a dedicated lunch and insurance provided by the Thai operator. If the excursion involves active time, sports, or physical activity, special equipment is provided—for example, for snorkeling.
I like to sleep in. How should I choose an excursion?

What is a voucher?
It is a special document, in paper or electronic format, that confirms the booking. It contains information such as the date, time, route, meeting point, and additional contact details. It is either handed over by a courier or sent to your email address.
Is insurance available to all tourists?
Our company is licensed. The license was issued by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Therefore, insurance from the Thai operator is valid for all Phuket excursions. Moreover, this requirement is mandatory—our company could not conduct tours without this license.
Is transfer included?
The vast majority of excursions and tours include a free transfer from and back to your accommodation, such as your hotel, upon completion. Payment will be required only if the transfer is non-standard—for instance, from remote areas.
